This listing is for one 100g skein/hank of hand dyed sock yarn. It is a 4 ply blend of 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon. The fingering weight yarn is 463yd per 100g, and DK weight is 245yd per 100g. Note: pictures may show more than one skein.
The colorway is "Thoughtful": it is inspired by the lovely bouquet of purple roses that my kiddos got me for Mother's Day this year. There are subtle variations in tone and shade, but the grayish-lilac color is exquisite. If you're looking for a contrasting yarn to go with this colorway, I'd recommend "Surrounded by Love." The dyes were set and then washed and rinsed to remove any remaining dye. Minimal bleeding may occur, so I recommend hand washing projects separately in cold water and laying flat to dry. Please be aware that colors on your screen may not exactly match the colors in real life.
My yarn is hand dyed in very small batches. No two skeins are exactly alike, even from the same batch. If you are using multiple skeins for a project, I recommend alternating skeins (i.e. helical knitting).
