This listing is for one sock set. You will receive a 100g skein of hand dyed sock yarn AND two 20g contrasting minis. This sock yarn is a 4 ply blend of 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon. Fingering weight is 463yd/100g and DK is 245yd/100g. Note: pictures may show more than one set.
"Pure Joy" is a colorful blend of blues, greens, purples, and pinks. As a dyer, sometimes I have to carefully write down my recipes as I dye, but sometimes I get to just play with color! I love these OOAK colorways because I can just be an artist and not worry about having to recreate the colors. They're fun to make and fun to collect! I've also included a coordinating mini skein in a beautiful blend of subdued dark greens. This is a limited edition, one of a kind set that will not be dyed again! The dyes were set and then washed and rinsed to remove any remaining dye. Minimal bleeding may occur, so I recommend hand washing projects separately in cold water and laying flat to dry. Please be aware that colors on your screen may not exactly match the colors in real life.
My yarn is hand dyed in very small batches. No two skeins are exactly alike, even from the same batch. If you are using multiple skeins for a project, I recommend alternating skeins (i.e. helical knitting).
