This listing is for one 100g braid of hand dyed wool blend roving. It is 100% non-superwash corriedale cross wool, suitable for spinning and felting. This wool comes gray right off the sheep, resulting in a stunning effect once dyed. Note: pictures may show more than one braid or a finished spin.
The colorway is "Evenings at the Cabin”: invoking a cozy woodland scene, it contains greens, teals, browns, and oranges on the gray base of the wool. The dyes were set and then washed and rinsed to remove any remaining dye. Minimal bleeding may occur, so I recommend hand washing projects separately in cold water and laying flat to dry. Please be aware that colors on your screen may not exactly match the colors in real life.
My fiber is hand dyed in very small batches. No two braids are exactly alike, even from the same batch.
